How we use your details

Who we are

Fern & Fig Beauty Studio, Walthamstow Village, London E17 ("we"). We are the controller of the personal data you give us.

What we collect and why

When you book, we collect your first name, mobile number and the treatment you choose. We use them to manage your appointment, send a confirmation and a reminder, and contact you if we need to move it. Our lawful basis is taking steps to provide the service you asked for.

For some treatments we keep a short consultation record, such as allergies or a patch test result, so the treatment is safe for you. Health details are kept only with your consent and only for as long as you are a client.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for up to 2 years after your last visit, then deleted.

Who we share it with

Only the booking and payment providers that run our diary and take deposits. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
